Directions for Use: For optimum results, only use after intense exercise of any nature.
Athletes under 80KG: For a drink providing 24 grams of protein and 48 grams of carbohydrates, add 1 and ¾ scoops of PhD Recovery 2:1™ to 400ml ice cold water and shake gently in a PhD shaker cup for 5 seconds. Recovery 2:1™ can also be stirred into a large glass or shaker cup with a spoon. Drink within 10 minutes of completing any intense exercise. PhD Recovery 2:1™ may provide a slight froth at the head of the drink if using a shaker cup, this is due to the purity and consistency of the Whey Protein Isolate used in the product. Any frothing is negated when stirring the product to mix.
