Usage
Consume 1 5g serving approximately 1 teaspoon daily with water or juice on an empty stomach, swirl and drink. Men: Loading Dose: Take one 5g serving (1 teaspoon) with juice on an empty stomach 5 times daily, for 5 days. Maintenance Dose: Following the loading dose, take one 5g serving (1 teaspoon), twice daily, one serving before and one serving especially after training. Women: Loading Dose: Take one 5g serving (1 teaspoon) with juice on an empty stomach 3 times daily, for 4 days. Maintenance Dose: Following the loading dose, take one 5g serving (1 teaspoon) right after training
