Usage
Mix one serving (two scoops) of Cell-Tech Hardcore with 12 oz. of cold water. After you finish your serving of Cell-Tech Hardcore, drink an additional 8 oz. of water to help enhance absorption. 1. For the first five days (loading stage): Take two servings daily, one in the morning when you wake up and the other immediately after your workout. If you are not training that day, have the first serving in the morning when you wake up, and the second serving 12 hours later. 2. Maintenance stage: Take one serving immediately after your workout.
