In addition, Garnell Nutrition has further enhanced the nutritional properties of the product by providing added glutamine. Collectively these amino acids are extremely important for protein synthesis, preventing muscle breakdown and play a significant role in muscle construction, volumisation and repair in conjunction with your training regime.

Furthermore, the refining process employed in manufacture produces a protein that is low in carbohydrate and fat so has an excellent nutritional profile, demonstrating high levels of Beta Lactoglobulin, Alpha Lactalbumin, Glycomacropeptide and Immunoglobulin.
