Usage
Take 33g (4 level scoops) with skimmed milk or fruit juice shortly after your workout on training days and again approximately 12 hours later. On non training days, take Great Stuff at breakfast time.
Gaining Weight: Mix 1-2 scoops of Great Stuff with your favourite weight gain powder.
