Twister is a new and unique Bio-engineered, all in one, formulation loaded with 60g of OPTITECH® a new unique whey protein matrix selected to ensure that the protein is absorbed quickly and others are slow released over a longer period. Added to the Optitech® Matrix is: 10 grams of L-Glutamine, 10 grams of Creatine.

Usage

As a dietary supplement take two rounded scoops [60g] of Twister® pre workout in 450ml of skimmed milk or water, shake well and consume. Repeat post workout for complete daily serving.
