This unique blend offers you certified organic flax, sunflower and sesame seed oils, mechanically pressed in a state-of-the-art, low heat, light and oxygen free environment. This process has been developed to maximize stability, nutritional value and freshness to you.
Flax seed oil, sunflower seed oil, sesame seed oil, coconut oil, evening primrose oil (12.6 mg gla/15ml), soy lecithin, rice bran and rice germ oils, oils, oat bran and oat germ oils tocotrienol; the oils in this blend supply a range or fatty acids including a 2:1:1 ratio of Omega 3, 6 & 9.
Pour around 3-4 dessert spoons of this nutritious oil on your food. Delicious on prepared foods such as pasta, rice, vegetables etc. Also superb in salad dressings, yoghurts, and even cereals and porridge. The only limitation is you imagination. The cloudy layer is natural, just shake gently before use. Do not heat or use oil for frying.
