Calorie expenditure

Polar OwnCode - analogue coded transmission to prevent crosstalk with other HRM users (female / petite version is NOT coded, this is a new feature on this newer F4M model)

Stopwatch - exercise duration. The heart rate data per session is calculated while this timers is running. You cannot start/ stop / restart this counter without affecting your session HR data. it is fine if you are performing 1 x duration session with no need to start and stop counters / intervals.

Fitness bullets - a fitness bullet will appear on the top line of the display, one for every 10 minutes spent inside your training zone

Post exercise summary of, exercise duration, time in HR zone, average heart rate, maximum heart rate and calories burnt.
