All our sales of Polar HRM's are backed up by honest and unbiased technical advice from our sales team, headed by Terence, please feel free to give us a call for free advice on any of these - this is treated exactly the same as our free advice on all supplements we sell and as such is backed up by our professional knowledge as well as personal first hand experience of using the products.
STOCK LEVELS
We maintain stock of every monitor in the range, in the unlikely event that the item you order is out of stock then you will get a call or an email the same day to discuss your options, no charges will be made until we have spoken to you so you are free to cancel if there is any delay incurred.
When items are known to be out of stock with Polar's UK distributors (who supply all of the UK with all Polar monitors), we will list this online to ensure that you are fully aware of any potential delays prior to ordering the product - unlike some of our competitors who will happily take your order and charge you without even knowing if there is stock in the UK, never mind in their own premises!
On any in-stock item, as long as we recieve the order before 12 noon, we can usually guarantee same day despatch on your order. Typical delivery, even for out-of-stock items, is still just 3 working days from when we recieve the order.*

PRICING
We will absolutely guarantee you the best price in the UK. If you find anyone selling a Polar model cheaper than us after including postage costs, then we will beat that price.
Also, we firmly believe in the concept of "the price you see is the price you pay". Unlike some other websites which show the ex-vat price in huge text, with a tiny italic script showing the full cost, EVERY PRICE YOU SEE HERE IS INCLUDING VAT AND RECORDED DELIVERY POSTAGE.
SECURE DELIVERY
All Polar products are sent out free of postage by Royal Mail recorded delivery at our expense, this is a secure signature on delivery service, so you can be confident that every delivery is totally secure. Whilst Royal Mail do have an excellent delivery record, should you wish to have additional insurance on the order please choose the £3 postage option and your order will be sent by Special Delivery - this insures your parcel up to £250 for loss or damage and also guarantees delivery the next day before 1pm**
** - (there is a 12 noon cut-off time for all next-day services, this is to give us time to process your order to leave that day - for example, if you order at 1pm on a Tuesday, the next day delivery will be processed Wednesday and arrive Thursday)
Please note that if you choose any of our express delivery services then this p&p charge will be taken, and we will prioritise the order accordingly.
AFTER SALES CARE
In the event of any problems arising with the order itself, our friendly and helpful customer service team are available from Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, at other times the sales team can take messages to pass to us to sort out any problems rapidly and effectively.
Mistakes do sometimes happen, but we do not seek to use this as an excuse. Instead our aim is to always resolve any problem as promptly as possible, and to ensure that at every stage that you as the customer are
a) Kept fully informed, and
b) Put to an absolute minimum of inconvenience.
In addition all Polar monitors come with a comprehensive 2 year guarantee that covers the wrist receiver, the chest transmitter and also a 6 month guarantee on both sets of batteries. If any problem arises within these time scales, taken from the date of purchase, then you can return this either direct to Polar or to ourselves for a full repair or replacement, if you send this through us then we will pay all postage costs associated with this and also keep you fully informed of the progress of the work carried out, however this will take a few days longer as we will then have to send it back to Polar.
We want you to be sure that the product you buy from us (whether a supplement or a heart rate monitor) is technically correct for you, and that the service you will recieve from us is a cut above the rest, for this reason we undertake an independent customer service survey each year - in 2004 we scored an unprecedented 97% in this survey (full details available on the homepage)

RETURNS POLICY
As such this now supersedes our previous policy, whereby we would happily cover the postage costs of the return and act as a middle-man to reduce any expense or inconvenience if an item proves to be faulty, and due to the likely timescale involved with this new procedure we strongly recommend that any customers who have Polar monitors which they feel to be faulty, should contact Polar directly on
01926 310330 and return the monitor to them on the address below with proof of purchase from ourselves. If you require a copy of your invoice simply contact us.
