Usage
Mix 1 level scoop into 300 to 400 ml of cold water (one serving) Take one serving 20 -30 minutes before training and another serving as soon as possible after training. A loading phase is not required with Nitro-Fusion. On rest days, have only one serving with breakfast. Always maintain a healthy level of hydration when using creatine based products by drinking at least 8 large glasses of water per day.
